This sounds suspiciously like your account may have been hijacked. Either that or you did upgrade the accout to supercell ID using a different email address and forgot you did it. You are probably going to have to contact SuperCell support. Try not to get your hopes up, SuperCell support is horrible, I pity anyone that has to work with them.
Nothing seems to work for me, I use Bluestacks as my emulator, and I tried downloading the Amazon app store and it worked, and downloading Clash of clans also worked, but once again, when I open the app it just greys out and never loads, I even tried through the 2020 version of the amazon app store and that also does not work
